Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
